He has been chairman of the National Association Realtors Professional Standards Committee, the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, and has served several terms on the NAR Risk Management Committee. He is a well recognized figure in Social Media Education, and has received accolades for his work in and out of the real estate industry, including his presentations for the Federal Government, consultations with large companies and associations throughout the country. Bill is a nationally renowned educator with over 30 years of education experience, certifications in training Professional Standards and Mediation.

Ginger Wilcox – Chief Operating Officer

Ginger is an experienced business owner and has managed sales and operations for both start up and Fortune 500 organizations. She is an accomplished speaker, writer and trainer in online marketing and social media strategy. Ginger has spoken to organizations and associations around the country including the Department of External Affairs, BlogWorld & New Media Expo, National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference, Association Executives Institute, Inman Real Estate Connect and more. Ginger consulted with the the National Association of REALTORS® on the newly released Social Media Policy for Associations.
